All artworks are carefully packaged and insured during transit. We ship worldwide using trusted carriers with full tracking.

Lead times: Most works are produced to order. Standard lead time is 14 days, with framing adding 7–14 days. Large format and unique works may require up to 28 days.

Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

We want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Artwork must be returned in original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return
• Custom framing is non-refundable
• Unique works are final sale unless damaged in transit

Damaged in transit: If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Currency: Prices are displayed in GBP (£). Your card will be charged in GBP and your bank will handle currency conversion if needed.

Tax: UK VAT is included in displayed prices. International orders are zero-rated for VAT.

• Keep artwork away from direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Display in climate-controlled environments (18–24°C, 40–60% humidity)
• Clean glass or acrylic surfaces with a soft, lint-free cloth
• Do not use chemical cleaners on artwork surfaces
• Handle framed works from the frame, never touch the artwork surface

All prints are produced with archival materials rated for 100+ years of display life under proper conditions.
